I had another realtor on my home hunting journey before I met Jennie Sampson.   Needless to say that partnership didn’t yield the results that I wanted and my journey almost came to an end out of frustration.  Jennie was recommended by another satisfied customer and a friend of mine.  When I first sat down with Jennie she actually asked questions that allowed her to get to know me in a very brief time.  She then proceeded to tell me about herself and experiences in the real estate market, which after my recent experience put me more at ease.  We then began to go over the preliminary paperwork as mandated by the profession and state laws, as we did that Jennie was asking even more questions.  As any and every newbie has done before I tried to read every piece of paper in it’s entirety and Jennie was ever so patient because she understood that for everyone on the other side of her desk this is a BIG deal.  We spent a couple of hours together in our first meeting because as she was getting to know me and what I wanted she was already going through a mental rolodex of properties that she wanted to show me.  I say this because by the time I got home I had an email with a package on 9 different properties to peruse.  After I looked at the packages, I narrowed it down to 4 homes that I really wanted to see.  One of the homes ended up being the one I purchased.  What more can I say Jennie was so in tune with what I wanted after our meeting because she not only took the time to ask, she also took the time to listen.  She guided me every step of the way and would tell me if she thought that something was in my best interest.  Crye-Leike definitely have a gem in Jennie Sampson.  I have known her for 2 ½ months start to finish, but I will appreciate her for the rest of my life.  Would I recommend her? “Y.B.Y.S.A.I.W” is a Hell Yeah but it means “You Bet Your Sweet A—I Would”.  Smile Jennie and Thanks Again Derrick J.
